A very smart loft conversion gave this bungalow three new bedrooms and a new bathroom. The new tiled roof with additional leaded dormer windows completely transformed its appearance.

Externally, the new windows, bi-fold doors and dormer window made a huge improvement to the appearance of the property. Whilst internally, a spacious open plan kitchen/diner with spiral staircase and two new bathrooms made it feel like a new house!
