The ACC Building & Joinery Story...

Welcome to our website. I am Alan Cooke, 'the ACC' of ACC Building & Joinery Ltd, the Nottinghamshire based family builders offering an exceptionally talented workforce, specialising in bespoke projects and dedicated customer focus and family values.  

At ACC Building & Joinery Ltd we understand when you make the decision to renovate, build or extend it can be one of the biggest investments you make, both financially and emotionally. We want to make sure you enjoy the process and love the results as much as we love delivering them. We know it can be difficult to find somebody who you can trust to deliver your dream project at the most competitive price, who will work to schedule and not cut corners; it can be tricky!

Building is in my blood! I grew up surrounded by my father's building company, so it was inevitable that when I left school I joined him.  I was able to try all aspects of building but it was joinery that I really enjoyed the most.

After five years in my father's business it was time to take my joinery skills to a larger building company who specialised in barn conversions, timber framed buildings and oak framed structures - just perfect for me!

A few years passed - with many excellent contacts in the building trade made - and I decided to set up ACC Building & Joinery Ltd with the 'best of the best' team around me.

Twelve years have now passed - where has that time gone?  During those twelve years we have developed a team of the best hand picked, like-minded contractors whose work is of the highest standard and whose work ethic is the same as mine - 'only the best is good enough'.
